What is Crime Stoppers?
Crime Stoppers is a non-profit organization of citizens against crime. Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards of up to $1000 to anyone furnishing anonymous information that leads to the arrest of criminals, including those committing serious felony crimes, and fugitives.

Information is received through anonymous Crime Stoppers tips that are received through a secure tips line or through a secure web connection manned by a professional program coordinator.

Crime Stoppers USA has paid out over one hundred million for tips.

The member organizations of Crime Stoppers USA have reached a milestone that has been a long time coming. Sometime over the last few days as our member programs updated their statistics on the website, the tabulation of rewards paid out went over the 100 million dollar mark. While the tally of rewards is significant by itself, what it represents is the sum total of a lot of crimes solved and fugitives arrested through a partnership of law enforcement, media, and community members working together. Thank you for your role in this achievement and your hard work - whether as a board member, member of law enforcement, or a friend of a local crime stoppers program. As members of Crime Stoppers USA, together, we can do great things.
